Gary is an experienced listing and buyer's agent specializing in residential and investment properties in the South East Puget sound area as well as Coastal Washington State. With a BS in Engineering Management and in combination with 18 years of facility and project management experience Gary is skilled in negotiation techniques and has the ability to put and keep transactions together.

Gary has lived in the Puget Sound area for 15 years and enjoyed many of it's social and recreational offerings. From skiing in the mountains to boating in the Sound, he and his family of four have experienced and appreciated what the area has to offer. As a part timer on the coast in Westport, Gary can uncover for you many recreational and investment properties the coastal areas of SE Washington have to offer.

Bill Hicks

Bill has worked primarily in residential real estate both resale and new homes. He works with investors with vacant land , multi-family units as well as single family residential.

Bill was been very involved within both his industry and his community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Seattle King County Association of Realtor (SKCAR) and the Washington State Realtors (WR) and is currently serving on the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors (TPCAR)

At SKCAR he has sat on a number of committees and in 1994 was the Vice-President of Legislative Affairs and in 1996 served as President of the SKCAR Board of Directors. He has served on the Legislative Committee, Operation Core Committee, License Committee/Task force at the state level.

He has served on the Kent School District Concurrency Taskforce and numerous other community affiliation throughout his career. Bill currently serves on the Graham Land Use Advisory Commission.
